Job Summary

Our Senior Graphic Administrator is responsible for the conceptualizing, execution and delivery of world-class creative solutions for internal and external and internal communications materials. Materials include, but are not limited to branding and identity, experience & multimedia design (digital, events, and conferences), press kits, fact sheets, collateral, photography and videography, print and social media design.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Excellent understanding of how to plan, execute and deliver innovative creative solutions across multiple channels and platforms.

  • Excellent delivery of Graphic / Aesthetic – advanced-level understanding of graphic design, typography and layout and how it extends through the integrated realm and its counterparts as well as Narrative / Conceptual – crafting stories and building brands through campaign level thinking and execution.

  • Readily contributes to brainstorming sessions with design and marketing teams. Determines the needs of the customer and meets those needs.

  • Takes ownership of any creative project and provide insight and enthusiasm from brief through to delivery, providing world-class creative solutions.

  • Collaborates with team members from project beginning to end, delivering consistently high-quality work from visual concepts to print/digital-ready delivery.

  • Works with outside vendors as necessary to execute projects.

  • Serves as mentor to less experienced design professionals. Provides feedback and design assistance. Initiates design conversation and encourages new ideas.

  • Acts as lead design contact on assigned projects.

  • Acts as creative project lead on assigned projects. May schedule projects and oversee design reviews.

  • May assist less experience peers.

Marketing Specific:

  • Coordinates with in-house print team on corporate and marketing projects

  • Coordinates with CIS on corporate and marketing projects


  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in integrated design communication across multiple channels.

  • Photography and Videography Experience

  • Online creative portfolio demonstrating ability to produce high quality creative across multiple channels preferred including social media

  • Wide range of experience and able to resolve complex issues. Works on complex and diverse projects. Analysis requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Exercises good judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining solutions

  • Excellent knowledge of graphic design practices, procedures and trends

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent proofreading and editing skills

  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Dreamweaver, Premiere, Flash, Captivate, Visio, SharePoint, 3D graphics platform.

  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Microsoft Office

  • Understanding of video production and editing

  • Must have Web Development experience

  • Able to meet aggressive deadlines and simultaneous projects

  • Excellent time management, organizational and problem solving skills

  • Must be detail-oriented

  • Familiarity of company products and services

  • U.S. Citizen and be able to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance.
