Northrop Grumman Innovation Systems designs, builds and delivers space, defense and aviation-related systems to customers around the world. Our main products include launch vehicles and related propulsion systems; missile products, subsystems and defense electronics; precision weapons, armament systems and ammunition; satellites and associated space components and services; and advanced aerospace structures.

The qualified Candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Harness Work Center Focus on Execution

  • Laser focus on hardware built in-house

  • Build 90-60-30 day burn down action lists to harness work center start dates

  • Day to Day Execution

  • Work to close all roadblocks, assign and track actions

  • Work with team to close NCR’s

  • Work with Planning on part shortages

  • Set Work Instruction priorities with the Manufacturing Engineering group

  • Set two week look ahead “Visual Factory”

  • Updated SQDEC delivery metric

  • Update schedules

The position requires BS Degree and seven plu years experience.
