**Design and Engineering Support:**
+ Recommending product design improvements required to produce advanced microelectronics products
+ Documenting state-of-the-art process capabilities and guidelines for product designers

**Basic Qualifications**
+ Bachelor of Science degree or higher in Engineering or related STEM area
+ 5 years of relevant professional experience (or 3 years with an MS)
+ Hands on manufacturing experience
+ Fluency in MS Office software applications
+ Ability to obtain and maintain a US Secret Security Clearance (US Citizenship is required.)
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Experience using J-STD-001 and IPC/MIL-STDs standards in manufacturing
+ Familiarity with Mycronics Pick and Place Machines, Cad Cam, Valor, Screen Printers, SPI concepts and X-Ray
+ Skilled in component packaging requirements

**Salary Range:** $102,400 - $153,600

+ Creating, maintaining, supporting and continuing development of software that supports:
+ Automated manufacturing machines and systems
+ Manual manufacturing processes
